Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's The Arbors of Shelburne in Vermont is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for Evening Shift to deliver compassionate care to residents in a warm, home-like setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with a 2p-10p shift and every other weekend, up to $26.50/hr with incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care
• Perform other duties as needed

*Must have a valid Licensed Nursing Assistant license in the state of Vermont.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
