Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant for the Arbors of Shelburne, VT, to join our Evening Shift team. Must hold a Vermont LNA license and bring a patient-centered approach to a warm, home-like environment.

Positions include Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem with 2p–10p hours and every other weekend. Benefits and shift incentives are offered to support a rewarding caregiving role in an engaging community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Vermont LNA license.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents who have dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
