Benchmark Senior Living is seeking full-time LNA/Caregivers for the Arbors of Shelburne to deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting. This night shift role offers up to $26.50 per hour and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support. Previous dementia experience is desirable but not required; LNA license is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiving approach and people skills.
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Familiarity with dementia care is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Maintain a warm, home-like environment and high level of service.

The Arbors of Shelburne are looking for full time compassionate LNA/Experienced Caregivers to join our team!

Full Time Nights

Up to $26.50/HR

As an LNA/Caregiver your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
