Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is thrilled to bring 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our memory care community and is seeking LNAs to join the team. Full time opportunities across day, evening, and night shifts offer competitive hourly pay and a welcoming, home‑like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacoast and is looking for a LNAs to join their team!

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Opportunities!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
