Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate CNA/LNA/PCA to provide resident care in a warm, home-like setting, with evenings and nights available.

You will assist with daily living, document care, and engage residents in meaningful activities. Valid CNA/LNA license required; prior skilled nursing or memory care experience preferred. $20–$21.25/hour plus benefits including holidays, medical/dental, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents who have dementia desires.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Other duties as needed.

Nights 10p-6a

$20-$21.25/HR

As a LNA / PCA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA / PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
