Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Rye is growing our memory care community on the Seacaost and is looking for LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team. The role offers day, evening, and night shifts with competitive pay.

Your main role will be to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living and providing emotional support to those with memory needs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacaost and is looking for a LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
