Job summary

Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacoast and is looking for LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team!

Shifts available: Days 6a-2p, Evenings 2p-10p, Nights 10p-6a with rates of $20-21.25/hr. You will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment and support residents with daily activities and meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
