Job summary

The Arbors of Shelburne, operated by Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to deliver compassionate care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. Per diem openings exist on all shifts, with at least one weekend per month required.

Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment is preferred. The role emphasizes daily living activities, documentation, and resident well-being, with benefits and career growth opportunities offered by Benchmark.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HCA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

We have per diem openings on all shifts. Must be available to work at least one weekend a month.

We are looking for a compassionate LNA's to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
