Job summary

The Arbors at Shelburne, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a part-time LNA/Experienced Caregiver for evening shifts (2p-10p) in Shelburne, VT. You will deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting residents with daily activities and emotional well-being.

Candidates with VT LNA license are encouraged, though not required, and prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred. Benefits and flexible scheduling are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• LNA license desired but not required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

Up to $24/HR

We are looking for a compassionate LNA/Experienced Caregiver to join our team! As a Caregiver, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/Caregiver Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
