Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Shelburne, VT is seeking full-time LNA/Experienced Caregivers for night shifts at The Arbors of Shelburne. You will deliver compassionate resident care in a warm, home-like setting, supporting daily living activities and ensuring comfort.

Licensing for LNA is not required but preferred; prior experience in skilled nursing or dementia care is valued. We offer 8 holidays plus 3 floating holidays, meal discounts, paid training, 401k with company match, health benefits,

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

The Arbors of Shelburne are looking for full time compassionate LNA/Experienced Caregivers to join our team!

Full Time Nights

Up to $26.50/HR

As an LNA/Caregiver your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
