Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or experienced caregivers to join our caring team. Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives.

Per diem openings are available on all shifts, with a requirement to work at least one weekend per month. The LNA will deliver compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting residents with daily activities and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HNA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
