Benchmark Senior Living’s The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking part-time LNAs or experienced caregivers to join the night shift team. The role includes aiding residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support during a 10pm–6am shift with every-other weekend commitments.

The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for part-time LNAs or Experienced Caregivers to join our night shift team!

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

Shift is 10pm to 6 am with an everyother weekend requirement. Approximately 20-24 hours a week.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Vermont LNA license not required but a plus.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
