Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver warm, resident-centered care in a home-like setting. CNAs support daily living activities and monitor residents' health with the care team.

This full-time night shift (10pm–6am) includes every-other weekend; benefits include health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver high-quality care with excellent customer service.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Schedule: Full Time 10pm to 6am, every other weekend

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
