Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment.

This full-time night shift (11pm-7am) offers $20.50–$21.75 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, retirement savings, paid training, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to deliver exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time 11pm-7am

$20.50/hr - $21.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
