Job summary

Bartech Staffing is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) SME to lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Cornerstone LMS for technical training, progression, and continuing education programs in Charlotte or Raleigh.

The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, develops reports, maintains documentation, and provides training to LMS Administrators. Two full-time, office-based positions are available, offering1-year and 2-year assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with LMS administration.
• Experience using Cornerstone LMS and SharePoint.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LMS subject matter expert and enterprise-wide administrator.
• Configure, validate, and maintain LMS; troubleshoot.
• Develop and maintain LMS reports and analytics.
• Provide training to LMS Administrators and stakeholders.
• Support SharePoint sites and training portals.
• Liaise between training groups and stakeholders.
