Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of equivalent LMS experience.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and data handling.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides LMS user support and education for learners and admins.
• Facilitates new hire onboarding and onboarding learning objects.
• Builds instructor-led training, surveys, assessments, and compliance reporting.
• Maintains data integrity and performs LMS audits.
• Supports special LMS projects and end users as needed.
