Job summary

bp is seeking an HRIS Solutions Analyst to administer the Cornerstone LMS, configure content, and support learning programs across the organization. You will partner with L&D, IT, Compliance, and business customers to deliver scalable learning solutions and maintain data integrity.

The role emphasizes system governance, testing, and continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless learner experience and timely completion of regulatory trainings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with HRIS or LMS systems, preferably Cornerstone.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning Management System Administration: administer Cornerstone LMS, configure content, curricula, and permissions.
• Learning Operations & Stakeholder Support: support learning programs, provide guidance to users, manage assignments and renewals.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop and maintain reports and dashboards, monitor completion and compliance.
• System Configuration & Process Improvement: capture requirements and implement scalable LMS solutions, document processes.
