Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) SME to own Cornerstone administration, optimization, and reporting for training and continuing education programs. Based in hybrid Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC, you will configure, validate, and support LMS functions to ensure compliant, accurate program delivery.

Responsibilities include creating change schedules, QA testing, and developing analytics and reports. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 5 years of LMS experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS in an administrative capacity.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Cornerstone LMS SME; configure, validate, troubleshoot, and QA-test for compliant training.
• Create and maintain a schedule of LMS configuration changes and maintenance tasks for seamless delivery.
• Perform QA testing and provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships; lead LMS initiatives and liaison between Training groups.
• Develop custom reports and analytics (completion rates, test trends, feedback) to monitor effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and portal pages for internal training access and programs.
