• Supports LMS functions including user set-up, security, and issue resolution.
• Builds and assigns learning activities (online, instructor led, etc.).
• Maintains training records, rosters, and billing processes.
• Creates regulatory reports and ensures data integrity.
• Manages enrollment for orientation and new hires.
• Schedules internal training and maintains course catalog.
• Acts as point of contact for enrollment and logistics.
• Promotes LMS usage across the organization.
