Job summary

Bryan College Of Health Sciences in Lincoln, NE seeks a Training Administrator to support the Learning Management System (LMS). You will configure user accounts, manage course enrollment, generate regulatory reports, and maintain training records to ensure data integrity.

Essential duties include troubleshooting LMS issues, setting up courses, coordinating with faculty and vendors, and promoting LMS use across departments while staying current with system trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience working with Learning Management Systems or related software.
• Two years of experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots LMS help desk tickets; escalates concerns as needed.
• Builds and manages new user accounts for contract positions, students, faculty and external vendors.
• Builds and assigns all types of learning in the LMS.
• Maintains training records (assignment groups, rosters, billing processes).
• Creates reports for regulatory requirements and ensures data integrity.
• Manages orientation and new hire training enrollment processes.
• Schedules all internal training courses in the LMS.
• Acts as a point of contact for leaders, participants and vendors for enrollment and logistics.
• Manages the LMS course catalog.
• Promotes learning events to maximize LMS usage.
• Builds and manages clinical competencies and certifications in LMS.
• Keeps current with trends in the field through seminars and professional affiliations.
