700Credit is seeking a Client Training Associate to join our team at the Southfield, MI headquarters. You will support client training on our LMS platform and manage dealer migrations to our platform or partner platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment preferred, but not required.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively.
• Must be comfortable in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of dealership processes and LMS migration and implementation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through process improvement during LMS training and migration.
• Follow migration standards and documentation for successful setup and training.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Address Adverse Action inquiries from dealer clients’ consumers and assist with credit disputes.
• Coordinate across setup, implementation, support, and customer success teams.
• Track all client communications for accurate reference and reporting.
• Drive project completion and elicit customer satisfaction.
• Identify and surface referral opportunities for compliance solutions.
• Support colleagues and contribute as a positive team member.
• Manage client migrations end-to-end and act as the main client contact.
