Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong client relationship skills for managing multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through LMS onboarding and migration best practices.
• Follow migration standards and documentation for setup and training.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely migrations.
• Document all client communications for reference and reporting.
• Own end-to-end client migrations and serve as primary contact during the process.
• Manage escalations and internal communications during training and migration.
