Job summary

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a part-time Learning Data Clerk to support the HR team. The role focuses on accurately entering and maintaining training records in the LMS, tracking completion, and generating reports to support regulatory and internal compliance.

You will coordinate with L&D and HR to ensure data accuracy, back up records, and assist with audits and onboarding administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry experience in corporate environment.
• Experience with training data and compliance reporting preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain training records in LMS and internal databases.
• Reconcile data across systems to ensure integrity.
• Generate reports on training completion, compliance, and participation metrics.
