Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an organized Training & LMS Coordinator to input modules, assign employees to trainings, and track completion. You will maintain LMS/CMS data, coordinate invites, rooms, and Zoom links, and support enrollment for onsite and remote teams.

You will develop reports, communicate with stakeholders, and assist with training materials while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across Aurora and Dove Valley locations.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Clear verbal and written communication; confident presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Continually input training modules/materials and assign employees.
• Track completion and maintain LMS / CMS with accuracy.
• Coordinate trainings by communicating with trainers and employees.
• Create invites, reserve rooms or Zoom links, and support enrollment.
• Develop and proofread accurate reports; communicate with stakeholders.
