Job summary

Lidl US in Arlington, VA seeks an HR Specialist - Talent Development & Learning to serve as the LMS administrator for SuccessFactors Learning.

You will manage course content, run reports, ensure compliance, and support onboarding and professional development across HQ and regional teams. This role requires 1–3 years HR/LMS experience, strong data skills, and the ability to partner with leadership to optimize training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR, LMS, or learning & development experience in fast-paced retail.
• Proficient in HRIS and LMS technologies, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS administrator for SuccessFactors Learning.
• Configure, test, and maintain LMS customizations and user roles.
• Manage course content, schedules, curriculums, and assignments.
• Generate reports to monitor training compliance and analytics.
• Provide front-line troubleshooting and support to HQ and regional teams.
• Coordinate training logistics for live or virtual programs.
