Job summary

Lidl US is seeking an HR Specialist to own the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, serving as the LMS expert across onboarding and development. You will ensure data integrity, manage content, and support training delivery for HQ and regional teams.

Responsibilities include configuring LMS access, testing, QA, and reporting to monitor compliance and drive operational excellence. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in HR/LMS are typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in HR, LMS administration, or learning & development in retail.
• Proficient with HRIS and LMS technologies, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS administrator for SuccessFactors Learning.
• Configure, test, and maintain LMS customizations and role permissions.
• Manage all course content uploads and ensure cross‑device compatibility.
• Schedule training, set up curricula and assignment profiles.
• QA testing of courses, resources, and profiles before publishing.
• Analyze learning data reports to monitor compliance and analytics.
• Provide frontline troubleshooting and support to HQ and regional teams.
