Job summary

Resilience seeks a Specialist II, Training & Development who will create and maintain LMS documentation and ensure regulatory compliance across the site. This role interfaces with leaders to support audits, data requests, and continuous education within the learning community.

The position involves content development, training materials, and coordination of site-wide learning events, with travel to Blue Ash, Ohio as needed. Sponsorship for work authorization is not provided.

• Knowledge of learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms.
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a customer-focused team.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in complex work.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains LMS content, role builds, and courses with leaders across operations.
• Interacts with Learning resources to transfer information from interfaced systems (Workday, etc.).
• Supports audits by providing training data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assists in SOP revisions and training curriculums for change processes.
• Generates and analyzes reports to support learning performance and audits.
