Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Specialist II, Training & Development to create and maintain LMS training documents and ensure regulatory compliance across the site. The role interfaces with leaders and operations to support audits and continuous education within the LMS, including role framework and assignments.

The position requires experience with LMS systems, instructional design, and e-learning platforms, plus strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and experienced with learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms.
• Demonstrated planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a customer focused team environment.
• Strong people, written, and verbal-skills.
• High attention to detail needed to check complex work for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to make good business decisions using sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet and intranet usage.

Responsibilities

• Develops content, role builds, role maintenance and courses by working collaboratively with leaders, supervisors, operations, and quality teams to ensure accurate LMS information.
• Interface with Learning resources to ensure successful transfer of information from interfaced systems (Workday and others).
• Assist audits of LMS to monitor consistency and compliance with site goals and regulatory requirements.
• Furnishes data in support of internal and regulatory agency audits and training documentation.
• Assist in ensuring information is available in Learning Management documentation for audits.
• Gather KPI information and draft reports and visual controls displaying learning performance information.
