Job summary

V2X is seeking an experienced SR Learning Management Systems Specialist to support onboarding, compliance, and professional development within the Engine Services Quality division. You will manage the LMS platform, curate content, and provide user support to ensure accurate, compliant training data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC standards.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel.
• Ability to troubleshoot browser, SSO, and access issues.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or LMS branding tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: administration, optimization, and support of an organization's online learning platform, ensuring it delivers training effectively, meets compliance requirements, and supports user needs.
• Content Management: Upload, organize, and maintain e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and multimedia resources; ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility 4 Corner Resources+1.
• User Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, guide learners and instructors, and resolve access problems
• Course Development Support: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create and maintain new and existing courses
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on course participation, completion rates, compliance, and learning outcomes
• System Maintenance: Monitor performance, update features, integrate with HRIS/SSO systems, and ensure data integrity
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to data privacy laws and organizational policies
