Job summary

Impellam Group seeks an LMS subject matter expert to manage Cornerstone LMS for technical training, progression, and continuing education. The role requires configuring, maintaining, validating, troubleshooting, and supporting LMS functionality to ensure compliant training delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience using a Learning Management System in an admin capacity.
• Ability to analyze user needs and propose solutions.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with PM skills.
• Ability to prioritize changing tasks and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• LMS SME for enterprise-wide training and compliance alignment.
• Configure, validate, troubleshoot, and support Cornerstone LMS.
• Develop and maintain LMS documentation and reports.
• Create custom reports monitoring course effectiveness and completion.
• Provide LMS leadership and training to administrators.
• Collaborate with training groups and stakeholders.
