Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Learning Management Systems Administrator to support FTC’s Cornerstone-based eTrain2. The role covers operations, user management, course management, and reporting to ensure compliant training across mission-critical areas.

You will design workflows, maintain data quality, manage security, and coordinate with vendors while serving as the designated security officer for the application.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Cornerstone Administrator.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cornerstone LMS administrator working within the government sector.
• Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems.
• Ability with course design and development.
• Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day LMS operations, ensuring functionality, reliability, and accessibility for users.
• Configure system settings, permissions, roles, and hierarchies to meet organizational needs.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the LMS platform.
• Provide end-user support and training for instructors and course designers.
• Develop and generate custom reports on user progress and compliance.
