You will handle Salesforce queues, manage bulk user uploads, ensure data integrity, and train staff on system usage. Eligible candidates should have 1–3 years IT experience; W2 status; pay rate $32–$35/hour; eligibility

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for queue management.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Strong data integrity and computer hardware/software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• LMS administration, bulk user provisioning and data audits.
• Manage technical support tickets in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Troubleshoot hardware and desktop software; set up workstations.
• Diagnose LMS and surveying platform issues; escalate when needed.
• Verify user eligibility and generate technical reports.
• Provide end-user training on systems and equipment.
