You will handle Salesforce queues, perform bulk user provisioning, troubleshoot basic hardware, and generate reports while collaborating with IT and end-users.

Requires 1–3 years in IT help desk and strong Excel skills; W2 employment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
• Proficient use of Salesforce or similar CRM for queue management.
• Advanced data formatting in Excel (VLOOKUPs, text-to-columns) for system uploads.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain resolutions to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration & Provisioning: bulk user uploads, data merges, and account creation; audit rosters for correct access and role mapping.
• Technical Ticket Management: manage incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud; track and resolve within SLAs.
• Hardware & Software Support: troubleshoot and maintain workplace hardware; set up workstations and installs.
• System Help Desk & Diagnostics: diagnose LMS and survey platform issues; escalate complex bugs as needed.
• Compliance & Reporting: verify eligibility for system access; pull and format technical reports and transcripts.
• User Training: train internal staff and end-users on equipment, navigation, and procedures.
