• Defines business requirements and prioritizes system enhancements based on business value, compliance, and user needs.
• Evaluates and implements emerging learning technologies, including AI and digital learning tools.
• Leads LMS administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Manages LMS integrations with HRIS and other enterprise systems.
• Coordinates testing, upgrades, releases, and issue resolution.
