Job summary

Baker Construction seeks a Learning Technology Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the LMS and learning technology ecosystem. You will act as the LMS product owner, ensuring an intuitive, compliant platform that supports organizational growth and workforce capability.

You will evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled learning, mobile and digital platforms, while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to maximize adoption and value.

Qualifications

• Five years' related experience with three years administering LMS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education Technology/Administration/Instructional Design or related field.
• Proficiency with LMS administration, database management, and online/virtual instruction leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of LMS strategy, governance, lifecycle, performance, and roadmap.
• Define business requirements and prioritize system enhancements based on value and user needs.
• Evaluate and implement emerging learning technologies including AI, automation, and adaptive learning.
• Develop standards and best practices for digital learning technologies and LMS administration.
• Lead LMS administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement.
