Job summary

Baker Construction in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Learning Technology Manager to lead LMS strategy, governance, and optimization across the enterprise. You will own the LMS product, drive adoption, ensure compliance, and partner with HR, IT, Safety, and Operations to deliver business value.

The role requires evaluating new technologies, managing vendors, and championing digital learning initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, mobile and blended learning.

Qualifications

• Five years’ related experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Education Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in LMS administration, database management, and virtual instruction leadership.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and measurement methodologies.
• Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, and Captivate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight of LMS strategy, governance, lifecycle, performance, and roadmap.
• Defines requirements and prioritizes system enhancements based on value and user needs.
• Evaluates and implements emerging learning technologies, including AI and digital tools.
• Manages LMS administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversees LMS integrations with HRIS and external vendors.
• Develops standards, best practices, and user guides for learning technologies.
• Partners with HR, IT, Safety, Operations to maximize adoption and value.
