Qualifications

University degree in programming/systems, CS, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or related field.
Strong written communication; experience reviewing, testing and validating online learning content and digital assets.
Working proficiency across one or more course languages.
Familiarity with LMS and content authoring tools; QA processes, version control and issue-tracking.
Organized with strong work-management; able to handle multiple language versions of content.
Cross-cultural communication and collaboration with instructional designers

Responsibilities

Course migration support and QA for IMF online courses.
Multilingual assessment review including questions, options, instructions, feedback, and scoring logic.
Content validation and defect resolution for missing text, formatting issues, broken links, and scoring discrepancies.
Cross-language consistency checks across language versions.
Coordination and tracking with designers and project managers; maintain issue logs and support testing cycles.
