Job summary
Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking a Learning Content & LMS Specialist to lead online learning initiatives within the Internet Evangelism department. You will own the development, quality, and maintenance of courses delivered through the LMS, collaborating with language managers and ministry leaders to serve volunteers and visitors across languages.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent in instructional design or related field; experience preferred.
- Proven ability to design and maintain online courses through full lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Moodle or similar LMS, SCORM, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Owns the online learning discipline and course lifecycle.
- Collaborates with language teams to develop multilingual courses.
- Applies adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
- Manages multiple course-development projects with stakeholders.
