Qualifications

• Experience administering LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workday Learning administration and advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide Tier II LMS support to NTC students, instructors, and site admins.
• Translate training requirements into technical specs for DevOps.
• Coordinate with DevOps and DBAs on data sync and reporting infrastructure.
• Train stakeholders on self-service reports and data interpretation.
