Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an LMS Administrator to serve as the operational SME for LMS configuration, data integrity, and reporting. You will manage ServiceNow tickets, coordinate with trainers and stakeholders, and support system upgrades and content integrations.

The role requires 2+ years in LMS administration, strong Excel skills, and with a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach. Based in Fort Mill, SC, this full-time position includes extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of LMS administration or learning-operations support.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticket-management systems.
• Data auditing and reporting experience using standard office tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate user needs into system/process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS SME for functionality, configuration, workflows, and admin processes.
• Monitor data quality, usage, and compliance; escalate IT/vendor issues as needed.
• Handle LMS tickets via ServiceNow with triage, investigation, and timely resolution.
• Provide operational support to trainers, training managers, and stakeholders.
• Support system releases, upgrades, and integrations through testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with third-party content providers to upload and validate materials.
• Create and maintain LMS reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Assist training operations with troubleshooting and scheduling tasks.
• Manage evaluator processes, including requests, workflows, and assignments.
• Support course assignments, enrollments, and learner corrections.
