Job summary

COOLSOFT is seeking an LMS Scripts Analyst to manage daily operations of the department’s software, focusing on LMS administration, user support, and training for Mecklenburg County – Parks and Recreation. The role requires handling tickets, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with developers to ensure efficient system performance.

The analyst will onboard admins to the LMS, manage ILT events, generate reports, and respond to LMS issues, with on-site work as stated.

Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) environments.
• Ability to train staff and assist users on applications.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line application support for the LMS or departmental system.
• Monitor and respond to open tickets in the incident system.
• Troubleshoot and escalate more complex issues to the proper team.
• Assist with onboarding, setup, and admin tasks for LMS users and administrators.
• Create reports and maintain LMS configurations and ILT events.
