Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business (Administration, Analytics, Applied Technology), Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environment and Office apps (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Willingness to learn instructional design and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS user accounts, course catalogs, and system settings.
• Troubleshoot LMS helpdesk tickets and assist with reporting.
• Publish and audit courses using eLearning tools and project management apps.
• Create SharePoint pages for training and other departments.
• Generate LMS usage data and analytics for stakeholders.
