Job summary

Rocketdyne is seeking a Learning Administrator to stand up and run our Learning Management System. You will own system administration, content management, data reporting, and governance across the organization to support regulatory requirements and workforce development.

The role involves partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve learning experiences, ensure governance, and deliver actionable insights. A strong background in LMS operations and instructional design is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant experience, with emphasis on LMS administration and L&D operations.
• Experience managing third-party learning content providers and LMS libraries.
• Experience using learning tech such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Rocketdyne’s Learning Management System, focusing on optimization and user experience.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs aligned to competency frameworks.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize LMS enhancements.
• Govern learning administration across business areas and ensure compliant practices.
• Execute annual training requirements with SMEs to design or procure content.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training data for regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and HR to address reporting needs.
• Identify enhancements to improve learner engagement and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze learning data and develop actionable insights and reports for workforce development.
• Provide timely end-user support for learning-related inquiries and system issues.
