Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking an Americas LMS Administrator to own and optimize the Cornerstone MyLearning platform across the region. You will manage learners, curricula, certifications, and reporting; develop Power BI dashboards; and ensure compliance and data integrity with HRIS and IT collaboration.

The role emphasizes analytics, process improvements, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment to enable workforce development and program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP, Oracle Learning, Moodle, Saba, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, virtual environments, and SCORM/AICC standards.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary LMS administrator and owner of the learning platform.
• Manage learner groups, curricula, certifications, assignments, and reporting structures.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to provide actionable learning insights.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate training records.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and stakeholders to improve integrations and processes.
