Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Americas LMS Administrator to own and optimize the Cornerstone MyLearning platform. You’ll manage learners, curricula, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across the Americas region.

The role focuses on leveraging Power BI to deliver actionable insights, maintaining learning content, and improving integrations with HRIS and IT. Collaboration with HR and leadership will be essential to drive workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP, Oracle Learning, Moodle, Saba, or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and owner of the Cornerstone MyLearning platform.
• Manage learner groups, curricula, certifications, assignments, permissions, and reporting structures.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Create, upload, test, and maintain learning content, including online and blended learning programs.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable learning insights.
• Monitor training participation, completion rates, certifications, and compliance metrics.
• Provide support and guidance to learners, managers, instructors, and administrators.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to improve integrations, automate processes, and enhance the user experience.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
