Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks an experienced LMS Administrator to own and optimize the Cornerstone MyLearning platform. You will manage learner groups, curricula, certifications, and reporting structures while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

You will develop Power BI dashboards to derive actionable insights, support HRIS IT integrations, and help drive workforce development across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, business or information systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP, Oracle Learning, Moodle, Saba or similar.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies, SCORM/AICC, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and owner of the Cornerstone MyLearning platform.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for learning insights.
• Maintain training records, compliance and data integrity.
• Create, upload, test, and maintain online and blended learning content.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and stakeholders to improve integrations and processes.
