Job summary

St. Louis Community College is seeking a Coordinator, LMS Technician & OE Technology within the Office for Distance Learning. The role supports maintenance and day-to-day LMS processes, resolves escalated help requests, and troubleshoots for faculty and students across Online Education.

The position also manages department technologies, including purchasing, assessment, and evaluative processes, at Florissant Valley campus. US-based location; full-time, academic affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three to five years of experience supporting technology.
• Experience evaluating, assessing, researching, and purchasing learning technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and triage support requests for the LMS and related software.
• Create and update documentation and tutorials for faculty and students.
• Provide expertise and support for LMS and department-hosted learning technologies.
• Serve as backup to Sr. App Solutions Analyst in their absence.
• Coordinate evaluation, assessment, and purchasing of Online Education hosted technologies.
