Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Learning Tools Manager for its Community Support Training team. You will own the learning technology stack from LMS to simulation and authoring tools, ensuring scalable, measurable learning experiences for hosts and guests.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead an LMS transition, collaborate with data analytics, engineering, and sourcing teams, define success metrics, and manage vendor relationships to keep the tooling competitive and cost-efficient.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning technology or related field in a tech company.
• Demonstrated LMS ownership at an organizational level with at least one migration or upgrade.
• Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and SCORM/xAPI.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder tech projects.
• Experience with data analytics and translating metrics for leadership.
• Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiations.
• People management experience including performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and strategic owner of Airbnb's Community Support Organization's LMS.
• Lead end-to-end LMS transition project from requirements to data migration and change management.
• Define success metrics and governance for long-term platform health.
• Partner with engineering and IT on SSO, API integrations, and connectors.
• Own the learning tools roadmap and manage TMS for operations & reporting.
• Design learning dashboards with data & analytics teams.
