Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Beverly Hills is looking for a Manager, Learning Design & Enablement to create and manage scalable learning solutions across multiple formats. You will lead training initiatives and collaborate with HR to develop impactful learning resources.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in learning design, experience managing Learning Management Systems, and be skilled in training delivery. This role is hybrid with periodic on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development.
• Experience with managing LMS within Workday Learning.
• Strong client service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage learning experiences across modalities.
• Manage and consult on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support HR functions by delivering accessible training solutions.
• Guide project management to support learning initiatives.
• Evaluate learning programs with stakeholder feedback.
