Job summary

Housing Forward is seeking a strategic Training Manager to lead and optimize our training program with a strong emphasis on LMS expansion and high-quality virtual learning experiences. Under supervision, you will design, develop, and deliver a dynamic training catalog and ensure LMS serves as the central hub for learning across the All-Neighbors Coalition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or related field; or 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and travel on a limited basis.
• Experience building virtual training programs at scale.
• Proven ability to develop high-quality digital learning content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full training catalog development across in-person, virtual, and eLearning formats.
• Ensure alignment of instructional systems with adult learning principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and design objectives.
• Supervise Training team and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback loops.
• Manage the All Neighbors Coalition training calendar and LMS administration.
